Rick,

A highly recommended shop is http://www.deserteuropeanporsche.com/ in Rancho Mirage which is very close to Palm Springs.

Thanks. Yeah, I know about them but they are a dealer and I don't like using a dealer for these older cars - the independent shops seem to know more about the air cooled cars.
