Oh it seems like forever since I've been on a track, Rondeau you know what I'm talking about! In September the season resumes with a couple of BIG tracks. First our friends from GGR are hosting Thunderhill Sept 5 & 6th. 2 weeks after that, there is a 3 day event at Miller 18-20th. Rumor has it that Miller will be closing at the end of this year.....

The caravan is forming for a western loop. Hauling up to Thunderhill, running, then leaving the rigs in Reno. Returning to Reno, grab the rigs and haul to Miller. After running the three days haul down to the staircase for some mountain biking.
Then Vegas!?!? And of course Rennsport, the cherry on the cake

That's cool you are going - one of my favorite tracks!

I plan to be at Miller too, then driving at Rennsport the following weekend!

Hey Paul, that's great! Maybe you, Frank and I, can coordinate travel logistics offline when we get closer to Miller and/or Rennsport?

A few weeks ago Miller was sold and will now continue to operate.
The plans they have proposed for the future are really cool. Adding a 3/8 and 5/8 oval, a drag strip, improving the existing track to FIM standards, a Rally-X course, new buildings to manufacture race cars, etc, etc. $10 million going into the facility in the next two years.

NASA at Miller has a popular race program, I'll be racing there a few times in 2016.
