Experience Center in Carson is open

Looks like the new experience center in Carson just opened a couple of weeks ago. Anyone visit yet? I wonder if the club can get use of their BRAND NEW TRACK for events or do we know that will never happen already?
The write up says its not a track but a "Country Road". Sure looks like a track to me.....
