John Chambers pasing

I heard today that my life long friend John "Boomer" Chambers passed away.
John and I grew up together in Del Mar, we go back to grade school. We also spent many years racing motocross until John missed a jump landing and badly broke his leg, he limped for the rest of his years.
Many of you may know John due to his car racing successes, his many years instructing, and of course for his many award winning 356 restorations.

Goodby Boomer,

John passed peacefully on Monday August 4 after a long battle with Cancer with Debbie and Cate by his side.
He will be missed!
