As far as selling our house:
I could surround my house with yellow crime scene tape and put up a sign saying a triple chain saw murder had taken place there last week..........and it would still sell with ease and for top dollar......... :lol:

At least they past the building of the new library last night. Only been 7 years for your Sdeans. Move to NC.
