What would be the price range for a 911 Targa. I realize that depends on condition and milage but a care in fair condition some rust with low milage.

Early 911 prices are all over the map. You need to check the mechanicals w/ a pre-purchase inspection. Then decide what you want to do with it. Restoration is expensive. But, with a modest amount of investment,and sweat equity, you can make it a fun car.
I would think in the $8000-$12000 range, if there are no serious problems.

We need to know if it's a T, E or S also. Big difference in pricing betwen models.

Some rust? Depends where it is.
