Register for 11/12 AX without PCA card

My neighbor just bought a 99 boxster and I am trying to get him to come down to the stadium to drive (or at least watch). Even if he signs up for PCA right now, he won't get cards back in time. Can he sign up for PCA on Sat or send in dues and attend without the cards this time?

Have him join on-line and bring a copy of his membership form to the event.

I get this question all the time right before the drivers school. He will get a confirmation receipt when he reg. on-line. He needs to print a copy of that and bring it with him.
