Alert - Problem with Jan AX pre-payment faxes!

PCASDR has encountered a problem with our January Autocross Pre-payment process. Everyone who FAXed a pre-payment form between January 1, 2006 and January 8, 2006 must resend the form as these FAXes were lost :( . We apologize for any inconvenience.
