OT- I need a place to Live

Anyway, I'm looking to find a new place to live, my neighborhood has progressively turned into the Ghetto over the past year.
I figured I'd post here to see if anyone has any Rental properties in the General SD area.
What I'm looking for.
GARAGE, with a 2 Bedroom Apt/House/Condo/Townhouse for about $1200 a month, looking to move in Oct 1stish.
If anyone has anything or knows of anything, it's greatly appreciated.
