Ouch -- Budget Cuts?

Thanks to everyone who attended the February board meeting. We had a good discussion regarding the state of the SDR economy and the need to be careful with expenditures of club money. We are looking in to a number of expense reductions in non-breakeven events that will hopefully keep us in good financial condition and not impact our ability to host fun events for club members.

We ask that committee chairs be very careful to stay in budget and be conscious of our goal of not losing money. It's hard to tell how long this tight economy will last, and we want to be pro-active in protecting our club.

If you have suggestions, don't hesitate to talk to a board member.

I'd like to say "Party On", but we are currently suffering a hang-over so just take your aspirin and be careful.
