I read it a different way. Just like Spring Mountain where you have to allow club members to run at our event at no cost to them. I'll verify.

A few of us were invited to do 4 - 45 minute sessions last Sunday.
The hot pits had 5 guys that would offer to check air pressures and clean windshields.
All the employees are incredibly nice, they make you feel like a million bucks.
The 3rd track is paved and when completed it will be a 4.5 long track.

My video.
In video the still photos are by Kiki (Fabian's wife) the first is Chad McQueen on the brakes in his orange 911.
If you look close you can see his rear flare is dented on the top.
Chad was driving local mountain roads when a big horn sheep landed and jumped off his fender then over his car and kept running.

Question: any connection to the BMW performance experience location, also at Thermal?

Yeah: BMW leases a chunk of the land for their schools, performance drives, and delivery experiences. They have access to the track, but most of the programs are run on their private chunk.

BMW's chunk is on the southeast corner of 61st and Tyler.
