Mike, I just noticed that the '74 RSR is in Mexico Blue. I'd like to see that -- bet it looks great!

Hi Don, just out of the paint shop last week.
It's in Prescott Az now, when I get it back on race rims and slicks I'll post a photo.
Mechanically everything was rebuilt, it will be ready for another 10 years of abuse.
Here's the refreshed engine with a carbon film on the intake, fan and heater block off.

Here ya go Don, progress photo.
A friend that works in Porsche design suggested I paint it Mexico Blue.
He said "black sucks in too much shape".
In addition to selecting the color for my 911 Thorsten Klein also designed the 918 interior.
I came up with the hood prop on my own.


Yesterday the old Camaro was accepted to race at the Monterey historics again.
