+1 for Bumper Doc.
My wife and I have used Bumper Doc too many times... The Boxster a couple of times, the BMW 545 3-4 times, a complete redo on our Jeep Sahara after a theft, collision, and a recovery in Mexico that according to the police report involved the Jeep being rammed by the Mexican police car. A couple of times I was sure they would say "you need a new (bumper, fender, ...)", but each time they fixed it for a very reasonable price. The same parts look great years later.
There are a couple of different ones around town. We have had most of the work done by the one off Convoy.
One time we did have to go back. Marian's mother's ancient Volvo looked like the "before" car in the old Earl Scheib paint ads when we took it in - looked great afterwards. After several weeks, we saw some paint flaking and took it back. They completely fixed all the paint problems - no questions, no cost, and they were very apologetic about it not being perfect the first time.
