PCA SDR

Can someone guide me on how to change my class on motorsportreg, I clicked through it a few times and swear I didn't see where to do it. It must be hidden! Thanks.

The procedure may have changed. I just signed up to see where to change it and I got a question "What Standard Class are you driving in" - go ahead and change it there. On the next page it asks "If you are not driving in your usual class, what will you be driving in?" That should do it, if not let us know and we'll change it in MS Reg as Admins.

Hey Adam, Try clicking through "Edit Clubs" under your user profile, you should find your car classification there.

Adam,

Just let me know what class you think you should be in and then I'll add at least one class to that to keep you from cheating.

Thanks for keeping me honest, Mark...what are friends for. Cupcake will be moving out of CC3 and into CC4. The BRI streak is most likely over because I am taking a beautifully optimized car and turning it into a middle of class, far from optimized car. I'll just have to drive faster

What sort of tricks have you done to cupcake to make her a CC04 car?
Did you use a calculator instead of your fingers to add up her points?

Lana did the math instead of Kaden?

MS Reg is a bit cumbersome to navigate but still way better than faxing the registrations like we used to do!

Well, the story goes something like this. This friend of mine with the initials S.G. sent me a picture one day of a 987 and some strut/spring assemblies laying on the ground. I thought, hmm...what's so special about about this 987 and why am I getting pictures of its old suspension. Then another picture followed with PSS9s going on the car. I figured it was just my "friend" rubbing it in that a boxster was getting a new suspension and reminding me that I am still on my stock dakar rally suspension. What are friends for, right? I then learned from this S.G. character that the springs that came off the 987 where in fact Techart lowering springs and that the owner might not want them. A week later and I was the proud new owner of some 987 lowering springs. The experiment began. Would they fit on Cupcake (a 986)??? I had conflicting information. Long story short, after a lot of work taking my suspension off and putting it back on again I got everything to work and achieved the proper ride height. It was a tedious job getting everything right. Now I have a bit stiffer spring but more importantly, a lower CG and the ability to align the car the way it should be. In the spirit of this "free" modification I couldn't bring myself to spring (hahahaha) for new shocks so I'll continue to drive on my 100k mile completely useless ones. Who needs damping? I'm now in CC4 with 20 points left to play with. I'm still not sure if this random act of kindness from my friend was him being nice or really just a selfish ploy to take my once optimized car and bump it up so it is in the middle of the next class. Either way, I have to give a big thank you to Steve G. for thinking of me and even more so for his technical guidance through the process. He saved me countless hours of fiddling. Of all the wrenches I've come across in my life, he is for sure the best I've dealt with. So, if you all see me holding an umbrella for him, changing his tires, etc....I'm just a man repaying his debts.

oh please now.....even asking the question sounds silly. Of course it was a ploy. Your "friend" wants to see you a bit lower in the standings. lol. Funny thing is it has no chance of working. You are too good. haha.
