I just wanted to thank some of u for the kind words at the track after my crash.
Also wanted to thank the following people:
Greg and Steve for helping me get the car on Mary Jo's trailer.
Most Definitely Mary Jo for trailering my car and let me drive her car home. The hardest part was following the trailer from Fontana to N County going 65 and having nothing to look at but the back of my car on her trailer.... making me go over and over and over about what happened on turn 9.
Glenn for recommending a shop to repair the car based on his own past experience.
The rest of the organizers at the festival, I had lots of fun till the crash. Especially chasing and being chased by Martin in his RS.

The car is now at the shop being looked at, initial estimate is around 1 month to repair.
I guess I'll be go karting over the next few week ends.

We've never met but I wanted to give my condolences. Some friends and I were standing at the fence right in front of where you spun. The whole thing seemed innocent enough at the time. As your tail came around I fully expcted you to come to a rest in the middle of the track looking back at oncoming traffic. With the wet conditions the car just kept going, almost in slow motion. Then you hit the grass and almost accelerated and, once again, just kept going. Glad that you were OK because you thumped that rail pretty hard.
We were just getting ready to go out ourselves and your experience really sobered us up.
Good luck with the repairs. I hope Glen referred you to West Coast Specialties, they do really good work.
BTW was your car previously owned by Gabriel Igartua?
