Check out Ear Angels ear plugs at the Goodie Store. They attach to your earrings so you can keep them handy and protect your hearing at a moments notice.
I used them at the California Festival of Speed and they were great.
Yes, not great for you guys without pierced ears, but you can always buy a pair for your favorite gal.
