Building tire rack for trailer

Anyone have a recommendation on who could build a tire rack for an aluminum trailer? I heard of a guy named Jim Copp who built one for a member several years ago, but I have no contact info for him. Any other recommendations?

Dave - give Jim Copp a call at Plenums Plus down in Chula Vista, 619.422.5515. He's done a tire tack on many members trailers, me included. Well done and very reasonable.

Jim will take great care of you DD. Jim is an accomplished racer and good guy.
