I discovered a small crack on the back of one of my wheels.

Any suggestions for a local place that can repair the wheel. I am aware of American Factory Wheel

Is this an alloy wheel? Where is the crack located on it? Unless the crack is in an unstressed area (like the outer edge of the rim at the bead seat) caused by a minor impact, I would just turn it into a hose reel in the yard and replace it. If it is a stress crack, it will never be the same strength after repair, and not worth risking your car or bodily injury. It is a good thing you found it. Regular inspection of wheels should be on everyone's program for track cars.

It is on the outer edge on the bead seat, not a stress fracture. They also are not my track wheels, but my DD wheels

If you don't want to use AFW, you might try US Wheel on Bradley in El Cajon. They did some repair work for me years ago. Haven't used them lately.

Good luck,
