OCR AutoX at Pier 46 in LA harbor?

I just noticed the next OCR autoX is being held at Pier 46, in LA Harbor? 3011 Miner St, San Pedro.
google it and it looks like a big flat area right in the harbor.
I have not heard of driving events there... Anybody know about this? Is El Toro closing up shop for autoX?

The FAQs are interesting. If they use the new location they will limit the number of Drivers to 85.
Plus, they still include track walks at their events.
Will the registration guidelines change?
Yes, but only slightly. Because we are not able to setup the course the day prior, and the location being new to everyone, including the event organizers, the total driver attendance will be reduced to 85.
Will the schedule for tech inspection, track walk, drivers meeting, etc. change?
No. We will do our best to keep the event schedule the same as the schedule used at the El Toro venue:
-Gates open 6:30 AM
-Tech Inspection line closes at 7:30 AM
-Track Walk 7:45 AM
-Mandatory Drivers Meeting at 8:15 AM
