The track map for this Saturday's autocross is now posted on the live results site:

http://ax.pcasdr.org (click on "Track Map" button)

The online map includes a dotted gray line to clarify the "middle-of-the-road" path through the elements (of course, not a good driving line). However, on the day of the event, we will have:
  • Two enlarged printed maps taped to tables that include two different driving line strategy examples (blue and red lines). Those examples are meant to spur some thoughts, conversation, and experimentation to help you determine the best line for your car.
  • We'll also have printed handouts of the online map available, so you can have them handy to reference between runs.

My compliments on another fine track to Marcus and Andrew.
This one in particular was a goodie, third (and fourth) gear winding sections are where my car works best. There wasn't a single spot on the track low speed enough to catch me languishing off boost in second, it was go go go all the way around.
