Congrats to Mike and Adam! Sorry I missed it.

Looking at the results, there was a strong "X" car showing at this event--the first 5 were only separated by 9/10s of a second, and all 5 would have been in the top ten times for the day! There's some good driving going on there that doesn't always get recognized.

And a hearty congratulations to my father. He's been chasing me around the track since since April of 2010, and yesterday, by .23 seconds, he caught and passed me.

Way to go, Dad. Good driving.

Looked like a fun track, too. The first left seemed pretty challenging for most people.

A bit tight for my car,it seemed like I spent half the lap waiting for spool. In timed laps I got a several re-runs due to timing issues and had lost control of tire temps by the time a lap was recorded.
Let me consult my list here......that would be excuses #7 and #12
Good fun no matter what happens, I can't wait for next time!

Wow, looks like fierce competition in CC06 with five cars making top 10 BRI. This is what motorsport looks like. :beerchug:

I had an absolute blast learning the track (loved it) and getting my @$$ handed to me by Adam Gill.

Thanks for the warm welcome back everyone, I took most of last year off from AX, too busy with the two boys and working. It felt great to get back in the saddle and with some new changes to the car, I couldn't be happier with the handling. I'm not sure who did the new BRI trophy but it's really nice so thanks to whoever took the time to make it.

CC6 has a pretty deep roster, some really great driving in the class. Rob W., I'm impressed with how fast you were with stock suspension...really nice driving.

I agree that the X class guys don't get enough attention. I always enjoy dicing it up and comparing times with WT Wong; I don't care what car the tip X guys are driving, they are always putting down some fast raw times. If they had a Porsche badge on their hood, the top 10 would likely look different.

Can't wait for the next event :beerchug:

Couldn't have asked for a much nicer day or way to start the 2017 AX season.

Congrats to the winners and the workers.

Here's some photos to share.
