H&N question

I "heard" that it was going to stay recommended for 2017 and become potentially mandatory for 2018. This is likely just secondary hearsay so take it for what it is. There are some significant safety rule compliance issues on the horizon so we need to all take note and plan here in 2017 so we are ready or 2018...roll bars and harnesses come to mind and making sure they are PCA club legal with drilled inspection holes etc. Much more stringent than what we have in place now.
