Registration for the Time Trial at the 2017 California Festival of Speed opens Sunday, March 5 at 9:00 am PST! Demand is expected to be very high as this is once again a joint PCA & POC event!

What you can do now to maximize your chance for a spot on the Time Trial grid:

  • Take some time well before March 5 to slowly and carefully read the two information pages that are available now on the Festival TT registration site: http://msreg.com/CFOS17
  • Follow the instructions at the top of the second page of the registration site and take care of the three required tasks now to ensure you will be able to register easily when registration opens
  • Add Sunday, March 5 at 9:00 am PST to your calendar right now and set an alert so you are reminded to register as soon as registration opens
  • Know your MotorsportReg.com Username and Password (sort out any issues with that now)
  • Be sure the car you will drive at the Festival is fully and accurately entered into your list of vehicles on MotorsportReg.com, including your AMB/MYLAPS Transponder serial number (or plan to check the Transponder Rental box when you register)
  • Ensure that you have a valid Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card on file with MotorsporReg.com as one of these cards is required in order to complete registration
  • Register on Sunday, March 5 at 9:00 am PST at http://msreg.com/CFOS17
  • When registration opens, slowly and carefully read each registration question and its background detail in grey so that you don't make mistakes that void your registration priority
The Festival of Speed is a Time Trial and Club Race, not a Driver Education event, thus prerequisites are required. See the registration website information pages for details and limitations. All registrations are taken first-come, first-served, subject to the criteria outlined on the registration website, with your registration priority determined when your online registration file is complete, so a partial, incomplete, or inaccurate registration has no standing. There are a limited number of garages so decide now if you will sign up for one when you register. Actual allocations of limited items will be made in April and you will be notified at that time if you are Waitlisted for any component. Each driver can only register once, and all changes and corrections must be done by e-mail, so it is very much to your advantage to answer each registration question carefully and completely before finalizing your online entry. The base price for this three-day TT event (assuming early registration) is $395.
