If someone could tell me how to insert a picture into this post that would be helpful. I can't figure it out. I select the img tab but then what?

The trick is that you cannot upload a photo directly from your local computer and store it on the forum server. It must be hosted by a third party and you put the direct URL of the image between the image tags.
