Pipe Dream - A Dedicated SD County Track

If you could design a world class track and put it in SD county, what would it look like and where would it be?
It would probably need to have enough space for autocross events and skid pads, with 2.5 to 5 miles of sports car track.
Preferably closer to the coast than the desert.
I don't have deep enough pockets to fund something like this, but someone might.
Maybe we could convince one of the casinos?

This is a pipe dream.

The casinos haven't proven to be of enough interest for autocross let alone a circuit track. That is the only hope as far as I know as they are exempt from county regulations.

But we can all wish!
