Don't miss THE LAST California Festival of Speed

Postby rshon on Wed Sep 15, 2021 1:20 pm

Last year's California Festival of Speed was cancelled due to the pandemic. And now AutoClub Speedway at Fontana is scheduled for demolition to make way for a new short oval. If you've never driven the "Roval" (including the front staight and NASCAR turns 1 and 2), this is your FIRST AND LAST CHANCE to drive it (with spectators). This track has been the only layout similar to the Daytona road course in So Cal.

This year's event on the full road course will feature PCA Club Racing and a DE, along with all the exhibits, sponsors, vendors, food trucks, Porsche parking corrals, taste of AX, and spectators as in previous years. And for this year, the DE entry fee has been REDUCED to only $300 for the weekend. DON'T MISS IT.

Yes, CFOS is ON for Oct 30-31. Two days of the amazing Fontana Roval in a DE format that is open to all qualified PCA Solo DE drivers. Instructors are available if you have never driven Fontana and would appreciate some guidance. If you have never driven this course, set aside the weekend and just do it! A PCA Club race is also taking place in addition to an iconic Supercar timeline, lunchtime parade laps for anyone in a street car, and a bunch of fun activities throughout the weekend.

I am driving 1400 miles south to drive this event, who is with me? :burnout:

New Idaho digs are 1400 miles away?

I'm looking forward to the event.
