DEC 5 AX - Switching run directions in afternoon

Thinking of making the AX a "double" AX.
Morning = 2 run sessions of 6- 7 laps and one timed 4 lap session.
Then reverse direction in the afternoon and do 2 run sessions of 6- 7 laps and one timed 4 lap session.
