Willow Ranch is great considering where it is. The indian restaurant across the street is phenomenal.

Agree, very good BBQ overall.
Have not tried the Indian restaurant

We have frequented the Willow Ranch many times. Almost always great!!

Willow Ranch is exactly as described, consistent and good.
I'll also echo the praise for the Indian place...it's unassuming and the ambiance is feels pretty dark and sketchy inside, but man - the food is great.

Both places are good.
Funny thing about Buttonwillow, the hotels suck but the local restaurants are great.
Motel 6 appears to be stepping up its game, they recently remodeled.
