PCA SDR

I know Phil's Tire Service back east will ship them but I'm looking for a west coast source for AR-1s. At the last WSIR event, one of Adam's guys gave me the name of a place but now I can't find/remember it. Anyone know of one?

Was it Bear's Tires? They usually are good at sourcing weird tires.

Unfortunately, no. They said they can't get them.

You can buy Nankang AR1 and CRS tires from R-Compound USA in Whitter (562) 726-5777. They typically have a good selection in stock.

Yes, r-comp and phil's are the only 2 places that I'm aware of.

However, after running a set of each, take whichever you can find that's cheaper...they feel nearly the same. Supposedly the AR-1 can take more heat cycles (not sure how that works, but that's what the R-comp guys say), but the grip feels nearly identical.

I'm a fan of them and their price
