 Well this winter if the rules move in the same direction again it might stay in AM.

Anyways please do check on the Mirage RSR+ street/track 911 updates.
We just completed the final chassis fabrication at Autopower.

P.S. I had a blast at the PCA TT at Buttonwillow.
I instructed a father/son team in a silver 944.
They may have cut a radiator hose just before pit in Sunday morning.
I had to leave soon after and wondered how they made out.
Last I saw Jad had offered to help them.
I would also like to email the son as he made huge improvements though we missed the last debrief due to the rush to repair the car.

Thanks,
Mike Gagen

I sold them a spare hose that I had so they made it home okay. One thing I try to keep with me. Should have had some spare plugs last weeknd at the POC event, would have saved me a lot of foot work and begging. Get that thing on the track so you can see if you can keep up with your old student. Ha Ha! :beerchug:

Oh yeah, that's still an AM car. No problem.

I went to Jae's and checked it out. Very nice, Mike. A lot of very trick fabrication. It's a completely different animal now, and it was a very quick car before.

Very nice! Looks like Steve has more competition for TTOD.

By the way, I also like the right hand drive conversion

Competition?
I will be happy with top 10 at big track with this current crowd.

I need about another liter of motor to be competitive at the big tracks.
I am starting with the excuses early!

Mike- Yowser, this car is going to be an incredible trick machine. The bar is really being set higher with your car, the new GT3s showing up, 3 John Simone creations plus another ordered, plus the usual cast which is not standing still. Thoughts on a debut date?

And then there is the new guy. Chris O'Donnel in his Daytona winning ex factory car! Man would I like to have that set of wheels!

Me too Mike...Chris' '97 993 cup car is pretty awesome to behold. I had the garage next to him in Buttonwillow and he was very kind and let me snoop around all I wanted.

I smile when I hear Chris say that he is far from being able to drive the car to it's potential and that he's just trying to get accustomed to the rate of acceleration.

He's a great guy and a lot of fun to hang around with, he's getting better all the time in that car. Back in the 80's early 90's Chris was a 10x SCCA AX class season champion driving his Lotus.

Yes Chris's fully restored "Alex Job" racing 993 is a work of art.
Many of us enjoyed checking all the very trick racing features.
Thanks for your interest, see you at the track soon.
