Smog Laws under attack again

Once again, the State Legislature is attempting to repeal the rolling 30 year exemption for smog checks.

Bill AB 2683 is currently in the Senate Appropriations committee and if passed will require all vehicles 1976 and newer to have smog checks, forever! No more exemptions for vehicles 30 years or older.

Please write your opinions to your own district senators and to the members of the appropriations committee, listed below
