WSIR event going to be HOT!!!!

Postby kary on Mon Jul 18, 2005 8:54 pm

At the current trend of the weather I am not sure I have the tires to run when the track temperature is going to be over 140 degrees....ohhh my!!! It is going to be hot!

Anyone else worried?

They are calling for 110 degrees with a low of 91 for tomorrow...
But if you look at the 10-day forcast the Wednesday before the event they are predicting 98 degrees. So with the same cooling trend I am going to predict a cool comfy 96... almost like a day at the beach!

Order your coolsuits now!

Yes, I am a bit concerned... I guess I can leave the soft compound tires at home....

How bad can it be compared to Saudi Arabia? Easy to say now sitting in front of an AC vent. Hot or cold, we will be there. Help us celebrate our 34th anniversary Saturday evening.

Hi Mike --I just came back from celebrating my in-laws 50th anniversary tonight. It's definitely a special event to celebrate a long term marriage. I'd like to help you celebrate yours on Sat. pm at Willow. Could you have your bride please bring the brownies again?
See U soon.

Steve,

If you can believe the Yahoo weather forecast, and it is correct, you are spot on @ 96 for the 30-31st. Tomorrow is forecast @ 107.

John,

I thought you were up in Idaho?

You know Martin is investigating the technology to see if he can chop the back off his car and save more weight  The cape must be at least 4 points in PCA, probably less in POC
