Zone 8 Final Rules Proposal are posted!

Postby Steve Grosekemper on Sun Aug 07, 2005 5:48 pm

The deadline for receiving rules proposals was July 31. All the proposals have been processed, edited and posted onto the Zone 8 website.

http://www.pca.org/zone8/rules_discussi ... Review.htm

Please look at these proposals and send your comments in. Input is needed, for or against these proposals or whether a twist should be added to a proposal or two combined or ???.

We look to you to help make these rules work best for the good of the entire club.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Steve-
I think the rules pages need to be changed now to reflect these facts you state above. It should be made clear to anyone when visiting these pages now that the Proposal period has ended on July 31 and only comments on the proposals will be accepted. Where to send such comments and the preferred format for comments should be delineated clearly, also, as was done for proposals.

Right now, there is only one small line on the main proposals page under Richard Price's name that gives the deadline date-- none of the other pages for proposals or comments state that the proposal period is over. Nowhere does it state where to send comments, only where to send proposals.

Just a thought,
TT

Tom,
You must be correct because I have several additional e-mails stating the same facts. After reviewing these pages a few thousand times it is hard to read it like someone who is just visiting the site for the first time.

I have added links on each page for comment submission and listed where they go. I have also added addional date information. I hope this makes things more clear.

Thanks for the input.

Very much better now, Steve. Someone from Mars, or even Kansas, could read it now and know what's going on, I think.

LOL- :P That's funny Mike!

No more intuitive than pressing the Start, then Log off button to log on to a new profile!
