My car has the LN ceramic bearing. Avoid using the Pelican outdated instructions for retrofit. Lost set screws and failure to bring the motor to TDC and locking the cams has resulted in a bunch of FUBAR'd motors.

Dan, If you do choose to go to Rennlist to research it that's cool. Just do NOT post any questions there about it because there are already a gazillion posts about it, and they will make fun of you mercilessly for asking yet again. BTW, Mike recommends that you use The Faultless Tool to install the LN ceramic bearing.
