Convertible Top Drain Clearing or Replacement

Does anyone have experience with Boxster 981 drain clearing or plug replacement? I have a 2014 981S which I bought about 4 years ago. It is probably time to check the drains for debris. Is there a shop that might be trusted to do this. While the job looks straightforward on Youtube...there is still something about partially dismounting even part of a body panel that makes me queasy. Any suggestions?
