Sway bars and points

Postby ronaldtrotter on Sat Apr 01, 2006 5:57 pm

I am confused and it is not unusual for me. I have a 20mm sway bar in front and an 18mm sway bar in the rear of my 82SC. Can I go bigger with stock Porsche bars for other years (such as 86 turbo bars) with out adding points. Also can I do the same with torsion bars.

Anything larger than stock for your model will incur point penalties. Bigger ARBs are 2 points, and bigger T-bars are 2 points, so you will gain 4 from those mods.
