Okay you smart guys ... here's your chance to guess what the new D&M car is. Look at the avatar, and try to guess what is now in the corral. As you can see by the color, no more white car. I've gone over to "the dark side...." :twisted:

Dan got an early 944 or maybe turbo like Otto's to fit them on :wink:

I think they might even fit on the 912.

Just because you chose the right color, doesn't mean I am going to forget that you sold a relatively fast, economical, comfortable, practical car, for a more expensive, loud, slower car :twisted:

Just another lawnmower for my 944 to eat up!

Woohoo! My clues were wheel offset and width in addition to the hint of fender line in the photo. HOPE to be at Jan AX with what will be a very ugly 3 color spec car.

New RS front and rear F glass bumpers for a long hood.
Just get some F glass early fenders and backdate!
I even have the front turn signal housings too....
Make it an ST.

Since your at it skip a step and make it Simone special.

Jad: yes, I know, I know ... stepping out of a comfortable, economical, etc., etc., ..... yes. I know. But .... didn't you once own a 964 in black? Don't you own a 911 Targa in black? I'll be sure to get out of the way of the 944's in the corners if they get out of my way on the straights!

As for this being another 911 to mover over for you .... DUDE! Who are you kidding?!? :roll:

You eat AM 911's for lunch. :oops:

A bone-stock SC to your car is like .... a GP 944 is to a 911 in AM class :shock:

At least my left forefinger won't get as sunburned/windburned at the TT's as it used to.

They've pulled my parking permit for the straight-aways. :lol:

Rick K; are you going to come out and play with your SC? I need a benchmark to try to catch. I won't be able to cozy up to the Young's car until I get stickier tires, a suspension adjustment, and a HUGE amount of learning time behind the wheel. Give it a year .... or maybe two. :wink:

RonTrotter: right now the car is as stock as the day it was taken off the showroom floor: so, ISS for now.

Something I do need: a 1983 owner's manual. The one with the car got a sugary liquid spilled on it some time ago and the pages are all stuck together. Anyone out there know where I can get a '83 SC Owner's manual?

Excellent! I'll take it! I need specifics on location of stuff, oil and coolant volumes, where the coolant is added and bled off, radiator thermostat location, that kind of stuff... :roll:
