Minor plastic window repair?

My Boxster rear plastic window has a very tiny hole where the window flexes when opening and closing. It is just large enough for a few droplets of rain to run down inside.

Is there a simple way to seal the hole? I thought about super-glue, but am afraid the fumes would "fog" the plastic around the hole.

Ideas? Solutions?

I'm not sure about DIY solutions but I'm sure that an an upholstery repair guy could fix it. I've seen small dash cracks and vinyl seat rips repaired very well. Superglue is not very flxeible and will probably just flake right off of the paslitc when it bends.
