Local supplier for steering wheel and related...

Postby 4est on Sun Mar 29, 2009 9:31 am

Is there a local shop where I can get a Momo hub, quick release and wheel? I am trying to get ready for Fontana, so i need it by Thursday morning. I have a source in Irvine for the hub and QR, but they don't have the wheel that I want. Does anyone have an old steering wheel I could borrow so that if i get the hub and QR out of Irvine I don't have to buy a wheel that isn't my first choice?

I can and will do without, but prefer not to, even if I have to do some scrambling....

Forrest:

I have a setup in my other car - Sparco 383 wheel with Momo adapter and (non-Momo) Quick-release.
It's a 1979 911SC, so don't know if that fits your 993, but if so, you're welcome to borrow it for Fontana.

you can pm me.

I think I saw one at C2 Motorsports the last time I was there.
They are near Black Forest. Their contact info is somewhere on a thread on the forum, but I don't have it handy.
