Gee thanks, everybody.
Let's try it like this; I have the system 95% in place. Custom brackets, shock mounts, cowling, everything. Can anybody tell me what size fittings fit the 964/993 oil coolers?

I make a really sweet dual cooler kit for 993/964's and can give you some pointers but it will have to wait until next week as I am getting ready to head out of town.
Send me an email reminder over he weekend.
Send me pictures of what stage you are at if you can so I can offer suggestions.

Both oil coolers are in place; bracketed, ducted. I need to find the fitting that goes into the C2 oil cooler to convert from 22mm to 12AN. The Earl's that VW Paradise had doesn't go all the way in and just doesn't look right. I don't believe it will seat. I can figure out the rest...
Paradise suggested welding a new bung on the oil coolers; has anyone had to do this? Who still has a parts list from when they did theirs? I have the Earl's and XRP catalogs, and don't see anything that looks right. I don't want to stack washers on the fitting to get it to lock up.
I hate being hamstringed by a simple fitting.

Remove the steel fitting in the factory oil cooler and replace it with this.

Forrest,
These are the part numbers I used from VW Paradise to convert the stock 993 oil coolers from 22M to a 12AN.
qty: 3 part#: 922012 Desc: 12AN male flare to M22 x 1.
You will need 3 of them, two for the new oil cooler and 1 for the existing one. Cost back in 7/07 was $7.32/ea.
You will also need an adapter to convert the connector on the oil line you disconnect from the exist stock cooler from metric to 12AN, it is 9919GFRERL, cost back then was $21.90.
