PCA SDR

I blew a spark plug out coming home from a job in LA last night in my Ford F-150 (year 2000; 5.4L). The alum. head appears to have stripped threads for the spark plug receiver so I most likely need a heli-coil or similar put in (No. 2 or 3 cylinder).

Does anyone know of a good Ford shop near Clairemont in San Diego? I need this truck running asap for work. Any reccomendation would be greatly appreciated.
