car for sale but not mine

Really nice guy, I instructed him last year once. The car has seen better days but with a little work might be a pretty nice JP car. The exterior is pretty clean and the interior is "Custom" and mostly sheetmetal and diamond plate.
I drove it for a lap or two and recall oil pressure being good and oil temp being fine. The suspension if I recall is mostly stock maybe some aftermarket swaybars. and it was lowered but not corner balanced, it had massive amount of oversteer that will need to be dialed out.
All in all, it might be worth 10k to someone. I sent him an email for details but its early... and saturday... so im guessing I wont get a reply from him for a few hours. i think i remember almost 200k miles but I could be wrong.
