Skidpad in San Diego?

Postby rshon on Fri Mar 05, 2010 9:06 pm

Does anyone know of a place in San Diego where it's O.K. to drive around in circles (on pavement) and take lateral-G measurements?

During the PDS there will be several at the Q :roflmao:

You can look for an empty parking lot (Del Mar Fairgrounds?) and probably get your measurements done before anyone gets too upset or the posse arrives

Not with Kooza at the Del Mar Fair grounds. The PDS is probably the safest option.

I've been searching for years for a skidpan in San Diego.

Maybe as a side event to an AX or the Performance school we could have a skidpad setup for chassis tuning.
