Do 944s have an EGR? Some cars have an EGR to control NOx. If they are clogged or not working NOx could be high.

Nope... No Porsche that has an oxygen sensor has EGR.

And the winner is Steve (as usual, thanks Steve) with a bad O2 sensor. Will retest this week, but the car will be at the AX in either case.
