The top bracket is not as nessesary and as Dan notes not usable when you vent the cooler through the headlight.
(Something you will want to do for big track use)
The turnsignal scoop kits are a great help to get extra air to the cooler as well.

Also: check out Spal fans for a good fan that will bolt to the cooler. I have a Spal 6" fan that runs off a dash switch for cooling while sitting in traffic/pre-grid. The fans usually come with a 30-amp relay that keeps things happy. I used my old headlight-washer switch location on the dash for the fan switch. If I can wire it, anyone can.
Don't forget the shield between the tire and the oil cooler.
