Hot Lap placement

Postby David J Marguglio on Thu Jan 27, 2005 12:56 pm

It has been a long time since I had my hot lap up for an autox and was wondering which side of the track do we typically place the transponder???

I don't think you need a hot lap.
Just ask one of us.
We'll let you know how fast you were going.

Dave, the club has 2 transmitters so I think they usually go up on both sides.

Dave It depends on the track layout, but 90% of the time we run it on the passenger side.

BTW- you need two to run an AX and one for multiple laps, that is why we run them on both sides for TT/DE's
