Making Delrin Bushings DYI PART 1
Posted: Thu Feb 09, 2012 12:16 amHi all. Here step by step process of making delrin bushings. First, find a friend who has a lathe. 
then.... We cut the delrin stock down to size based on the previous bushings, since we have the lathe we went ahead and milled them precisely .
Next we made a starting hole.
Then a pilot hole.
Next we used a bit that was just below the size we needed. This allowed us to finish bore it.
