Making Delrin Bushings DYI PART 2

In order to get it on the bar, the bushing needed to be cut into 2 pieces for this we used a jewelers saw.

Tape took up space caused by the saw blade so we could finish boring it correctly.

And here is the final project it fit just perfectly.

This could have been done with the drill press , but the lathe made it so much easier! Total cost, $10... With material left to make another full set
