PCA SDR

I am a brand new member of the San Diego region PCA. I am getting ready to do a 3.2 litre conversion on my '74 911. If anyone has any words of wisdom or web sites I should visit, please let me know. I am looking forward to getting to know you all. Kep

Welcome to the club. If you haven't already been there, visit the Pelican Parts 911 forum and do a search on "3.2 conversion." You will turn up a lot of postings, some of which will be germane to your project, like this thread.

Welcome to the board. I'm in Murrietta. Just put my 87 back together. I haven't done a conversion, but glad to help if I can.

That is a super thread that you linked me to. Thanks. I am currently working on the project. I am working on the wiring from the brain to the front fuse panel. I installed the wiring harness yesterday, and realized that where thee wires are cut that go to the front leave me with 4 small black wires. I need to take a picture so I can be correct. honestly I'd say that if you don't want to deal with fuel injection than Weber 40s would be really nice and you'd probably gain a bit of power out of them. At the same time consider the idle of carbuerated cars. IMO I don't mind it! good luck on your project.
