PCA SDR

I am thinking about downsizing my engine to a stock 968 3ltr and going back to a narrow body, can anyone suggest the best way of going about determining the class points. Since my car has a 6 speed and the chassis is essentially the same as a 968, if I downsized to that engine can I start from 968 base points? Not sure how I would do it from a 944 Turbo base.

Not completely sure if you could update to 968 but your other option would be to start as a 944 Turbo and then take whatever points for the horsepower of stock engine swap over the stock 944 Turbo.

The advantage of starting as 968 is you would not have to take points for the 6speed transmission (if it is stock), but you might need to take point for aero if you do not have have the full 968 body.
